I'm a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and I specialize in helping women support their hormonal imbalances and fertility naturally.
I hit a breaking point when I had a ruptured ovarian cyst and endometriosis that had to be surgically removed. My gynecologist recommended birth control as a solution but I didn't want to experience all the terrible side effects and shut down my fertility.
I had no idea why I was having terrible periods every month, I thought it was the way my period showed up every month, but I was so disconnected from my body.
I realized that these imbalances and conditions showing up in my womb space could impact my future fertility. Not knowing when I would have kids I wanted to ensure I was doing everything I could to protect and be proactive about to ensure that when the time came my womb and hormones would be healed so I could conceive naturally.
Life can pull you in many directions and as a professional women with big ambitions, I put my health last and ignored my painful monthly periods and symptoms. This was my body's way of communicating with me that something deeper was going on, but I was so disconnected from my body I wasn't listening.
